Q: What are the features of each monthly type studio unit and hotel daily suite?

A: Each studio unit is fully furnished, equipped with an air conditioning system. There are double-deck bed frames
for monthly type room. A queen size bed for daily suite type room. All bedrooms has built-in cabinet closets and
study tables with chairs. And all bedrooms has a mini kitchen and a fully furnished bathroom.

For daily guest room type, each bedroom has private bathroom and equpped with hot and cold shower, queen size
bed or 2 single beds, flat screen tv with cable connection, daily replacement of bed linens,mini fridge, electric kettle
and consumable shampoo,tissue, bottled water, tea and soap and free daily breakfast.

Q: What is the difference between a studio unit and a hotel suite?

A: Studio unit which ideal for long staying is fully furnished. With installed air conditioning unit with private toilet and
bath and bunk bed. While our hotel suite goes beyond that, bringing the comfort and luxury as that of a hotel. Each
suite has a complete set of furniture, the bed made up with mattress, bed linens and pillows. The bathroom has hot
and cold shower with accompanying towels, toiletries. Guests receive complimentary drinks on the same day, and a
complimentary breakfast the morning after. Daily room cleaning is included. Electricity and water costs are to be
paid by the guest in a monthly type studio unit while on suite type, it is already included in the daily room rate.

Q: How many persons can occupy a hotel suite?

A: Per suite, a minimum of two (2) persons and maximum of three (3) are allowed per room. Please contact our

Q: What amenities are included?           

A: Applicable for both hotel suites and/or studio type units:   Free WiFi is provided. For the convenience of guests,
an elevator is available for use. CCTVs are installed and a security guard is posted 24/7 for the safety of the
tenants. Study area for students. A back-up generator is available for emergency purposes.

Q: Do we still need to provide anything for ourselves if we are renting a monthly studio type unit?

A: Everything will be provided for, except the mattresses and their accompanying things, such as pillows and
beddings. Should the tenant would like to rent a mattress from us, a mattress could be rented out for 500php per
month. Please note that the rental is dependent of availability. Toiletries and towels are not included. Electricity and

Q: Are we allowed to cook inside the hotel suite and/or studio unit?               

A: Yes, but for all the guests' and tenants' safety, we will allow the following appliances only:
Microwave, oven Toaster, Mini refrigerator with a height of 0.50m and electric kettle.

And the following appliances are not alllowed or restricted to use in the bedroom premises:
rice cookers, LPG stove or gas range.

Q: Is there a TV Cable inside the studio unit and/or hotel suite?               

A: The studio type is cable ready. For monthly guest who wishes to install their tv and availing the cable facility,
please contact the concierge to process your request. For suite type room, cable channels are free to use.

Q: Is it possible to rent bed mattresses if we're going to stay for a week or more?

Q: How about Meralco and Maynilad meter? What is the reading rate per KwH and Cu.m?

A: This is applicable only in studio type units. Power and water consumption are excluded from the monthly room
rate.   Reading is based on residential rate and each room has individual meter which means each room has
separate consumption on power and water.       

Note: For Hotel Suites, energy and water consumption is already inclusive based on daily room rates.

Q: Is there a curfew?                           

A: None.

Q: Are we allowed to make outside local calls within Metro Manila?              

A: Yes. There is a telephone unit in every room. Just dial 01 to call up the receptionist. Receptionist will connect
your call on the provided number and they will transfer the call to your room. However, calling outside Metro Manila
is not possible.

A: The hotel has 2 available parking slot. It is free of charge for daily guests and monthly parking rate for monthly
room type guest. The street outside the hotel is open for parking. It is along Quiricada St, formerly Andalucia Street.

A: Yes. It's a 3-minute walk from our building going to UST.

A: Yes. Review Centers are typically concentrated along Espana near UST and other U-belt nearby. It's a 8-minute
walk  (average) from our building going to review centers passing along P.Noval Street. Please contact our

Q: Are there food establishments nearby the area?

A: Yes. There is commercial space downstairs that serves food. But right now, the space is under
construction.There are chain of fast foods within the area and about 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Q: Do you allow visitors to go inside a unit and stay overnight?

A: We are allowing visitors to go inside the building and to stay at the Main Lobby only. Overnight stay at Guest's
unit is not allowed due to security reasons. We have available rooms for overnight stay for your guests.. Please

Q: When was the operation of the building started?

A: Operation started since May 2015. Right now we are accepting reservations and payment to those who  wanted
to rent the unit. We highly recommend to do advance reservations to avoid conflicts with other Clients. Our units
shall accommodate on a first come first serve basis.

Q: What if there is a power failure within the area?

A: We have a back-up generator equipment. Even there is no power within the area, the building is equipped with
emergency lights in common area and on each room. Emergency lights are installed on each unit and common
areas to make sure each room has temporary light while area power is not available.

Q: What about flood?                           

A:The building is elevated by 800mm or 0.80 meter which is flood-free inside the bldg. Flood is inevitable in our
areas. However, A.Mendoza is the least flooded area between Sampaloc and Sta Cruz due to its wider street  and
bigger drainage system making it  floodwater to subside easily.

Q: What if I'm not in Manila or nearby your building to make a reservation? Are there any payment transactions that I
can do so that I can reserve the unit right away?

A: You can transfer the reservation payment through our BDO bank account or access Paypal or remit thru Western
Union.
